Tutu Couture Return Policy
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 10 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. The current selling price will be credited if returned after 10 days and accompanied by the original invoice.
All sales are final.
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Custom Items (e.g., Design Your Own, Create Your Own, Make Your Own) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment.
Making a Return by Mail
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on obtaining a return label and returning your product.
We will deduct $15 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $15 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at TutuCouture.com/shoppe through the Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 3 days after you mail your return for tracking to be available. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Making an Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
Tutu Couture Shipping Policy
When your order is placed we process it within 48 hours on weekdays with the exception of Friday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. It takes 48 hours to process, pick and pack your order for shipping. Then your order is transported to the carrier for delivery to your address.
For example, if you place your order on Monday your order will be processed, picked, and packaged on Wednesday. Start counting delivery time from the freight carrier from Wednesday.
Another example is if you place your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed, picked, and packaged on Tuesday. Start counting delivery time from the freight carrier from Tuesday.
Shipping usually takes 3 to 14 business days to arrive after the order is placed. We utilize USPS and UPS shipping at our discretion. Customers with P.O. Boxes or APO & FPO Boxes are always shipped USPS. International shipments may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Tracking is available on UPS shipped items only. Packages are delivered to the customer’s front door and usually do not require a signature for delivery

If this is shipping outside the Contiguous United States you will be emailed shipping fees before your order ships. Tutu Couture is not responsible for duties, taxes, or custom fees.
