*To uphold the value of the Tutu Couture label, Tutu Couture only sells to retail stores selling like, kind, and quality merchandise. The saturation of the Tutu Couture brand in your geographical location is also a factor in the approval process.

*Once you are approved to be an authorized Tutu Couture retailer you may place an order. If an order is placed in mid-season, Tutu Couture cannot ensure the availability of requested merchandise. Someone will contact you to let you know the status of your order once it is received.

*All orders are accepted with credit card, paypal payment or cleared business check.

*All forms must be complete and included with your order for your order to be processed.
